Rules - Peraturan

We would be much appreciated if you could comply to the below rules and regulations :

 Manual Booking Rules
(Booked by sms /call / whatsapp)

1. All prices quoted upon booking confirmation is final.
2. Upon checking-in, guests are required to settle the full payment for the stay..
3. Payment of RM50 for booking can be made via interbank transfer / cash and the balance of payment is on cash terms.
4. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit of RM50 is made. The deposit made will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 7 days before checking-in.

Compulsary Rules & Regulation

1. Amendment on confirmed reservations must be made 7 days before the check-in date but subject to availability.
2. Check-in time : 3 pm ; Check-out time : 1 noon.
3. Late check-out is subject to availability.
4. We would appreciate guests’ cooperation from making too much noise in the homestay premises before 8am & after 10pm in order to ensure the peace & calamity of the homestay housing area.
5. The following are NOT allowed on the homestay premises :
   • Smoking (indoors),
   • Durians
   • Alcohol Consumption
   • Pets.
6. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.00.
7. Loosing the House Keys is subject to a penalty of RM 50.00.
8. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost.
9. Kindly dispose any trash in the trash bin provided.
10. Kindly inform of any damaged items in the homestay to the management.
11. Guests are advised to switch off all lights, fan and air-conditioner when are not in use.
12. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed at all times.
13. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
14. Safety of personal belongings is self-responsibility.
15. Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator.
16. Rearrange of furniture is strictly prohibited.
